ABOUT US

More Jewish Teens, More Jewish Experiences

BBYO is full of Jewish leaders numbering tens of thousands strong in 700 chapters across more than 50 countries. Individually, we’re leaders. Together, we form a brotherhood and sisterhood, and a Movement taking on big issues and making bigger moves.

The Aleph Zadik Aleph (AZA) and the B’nai B’rith Girls (BBG) are a high school fraternity and sorority, the membership program of BBYO. Since our founding in 1924 and 1944, we have been member-led. Our priorities and programs reflect the interests and issues that matter most to us.

Hudson Valley Region is just a small part, but together we make a difference. We provide leadership opportunities and a strong bond with other people that will last for the rest of your life. Many who join become more outgoing and more passionate about our Jewish roots, and the connection with other Jews secures the future of Judaism in an increasingly secular world.
